We know waiting for your new makeup is basically torture, so we’ve made getting your goodies as smooth as possible. Here’s everything you need to know!
Getting Your Order to You
Processing Time
We usually get your order packed and ready to go within 5-7 business days. Sometimes we’re speedy and get it out sooner, especially if you order early in the morning!

Where We Ship
Right now we’re shipping within the US and Canada. We’re working on expanding to more places, but for now, that’s where the magic happens. Sorry international friends – we’re coming for you soon!
Tracking Your Package
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can obsessively check where your package is. We do it too, so no shame here. You’ll get updates via email and can track everything in real-time.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We want you to absolutely love everything you get from us. If something’s not quite right, you’ve got 7 days from when you receive your order to return it.
What You Can Return
- Unopened products in original packaging
- Items that arrived damaged or defective
- Wrong items (our mistake, we’ll make it right)
What we can’t take back: Opened lip products for hygiene reasons. We’re sure you understand!
How to Return Something
Email Us
Drop us a line at [email protected] with your order number and what you want to return.
Get Your Label
We’ll send you a prepaid return label. No need to pay for shipping – we’ve got you covered.
Send It Back
Pack it up, slap on the label, and drop it off. Easy as that!
Get Your Refund
Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Exchanges
Want a different shade instead? Just let us know in your return email and we’ll send you the replacement as soon as we get your return. If there’s a price difference, we’ll sort that out too.
Quick Questions
My package says delivered but I don’t see it?
Check with neighbors, look around your building, and give it 24 hours. If it’s still missing, email us and we’ll figure it out together.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Maybe! If we haven’t shipped it yet, we can probably update it. Email us ASAP and we’ll see what we can do.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Absolutely! Just make sure to include your PO box number in the address field.
What if my order arrives damaged?
That’s a bummer! Take a photo and email us right away. We’ll send you a replacement or refund – whatever you prefer.
